The Department of Homeland Security is formed in response to terrorist concerns in the United States.

25 November 2002 - U.S. President George W. Bush signs the Homeland Security Act into law, establishing the Department of Homeland Security, in the largest U.S. government reorganization since the creation of the Department of Defense in 1947 (the Senate passed the bill 90-9 on November 19). Anyway... this morning we reached the 2002 member registrations, so we decided to dedicate this to the formation of the "Department of Homeland Security", which was formed in the year 2002. (just kidding)

Also we would like to thank every member for their registration.
