I keep getting the "become a member screen" after I played 10 games

If you played 10 games on 1 day you like Funnytowers and should become a member. This is more Fun for you and other members. You should also select an avatar in the member area. That way other members have something to look at. A membership is FREE so there is no reason not to become a member.

I get a network connection problem box

Maybe the multi player server is down. If this is the case we will restart the server as soon as we notice it. It can also be your connection. Some companies have a firewall which blocks the communication. You should be able to play the game but we advice you not to challenge people or play for the championship.

I was challenging someone and there was a connection error during the challenge

If you had a connection problem and the other player did not the other player might have won the challenge; In this case the prize is paid to the other player.

If there is a real server problem or the server failed to register the end of the game ( this is the moment the last player ends the game ) your credits will be locked. In this case you can reclaim your credits after some time. Go to the member area, your locked credits will show above the page.

I don't get my account activation code

It is possible that the e-mail was send to your spam box. This happens with hotmail accounts and some other e-mail accounts. If you can't find the e-mail you can send us an e-mail, we will send you a new activation code.
